Steepletown neighborhood services
Steepletown is a vital part of the northwest Grand Rapids community. Focusing on developing neighbors of all ages, Steepletown provides exemplary services in preschool, teens, young adult, adult, and senior programming.
ICCF
The Inner City Christian Federation provides so much to the greater Grand Rapids community, but serves an essential role in West Grand Rapids as one of the few leaders paving ways for neighbors to access affordable housing.
JOHN BALL ZOO
Under the leadership of Peter D'Arienzo, the John Ball Zoo has re-committed to its mission in serving community in West Grand Rapids. Their collaborative spirit can be witnessed in the annual Westside Cleanup, serving as hosts to many neighborhood organizations in the exciting spring event!
ThE OTHER WAY
The Other Way Ministries served as the fiduciary and home organization for the Westside Collaborative through 2018. For decades, The Other Way has been a key leader in community service and programming.
Habitat for Humanity
Habitat's impact can be felt EVERYWHERE in Grand Rapids, but their role in West Grand Rapids is paramount. With improvements and builds all over West Grand Rapids, they have been the primary leader in community development in the Roosevelt Park and Black Hills neighborhoods.
